What is Remote Support?
Remote support is method of support where select Daniel Data technicians can remotely connect to your computer using the internet. This allows the technician to perform troubleshooting, install updates or help you resolve almost any computer issue without physical access to your PC.
How can I get Remote Support?
Remote support can be obtained by first contacting Daniel Data and working with a technician to identify your issue. Many issues can be resolved remotely but some may require on-site or drop-off service.

Next Steps
After entering your 6 digit pin code, you will be prompted to download a small file which will be used to connect to your PC. The pin code is only good for one session and Daniel Data will be unable to access your PC again without you entering another pin code.
Internet Explorer users can simply click "Run" after entering a pin code to immediately start the connection.
Firefox users will have to first save the file and run it once the download completes to get connected with a technician.
