In-shop Support Services
In our well-equipped shop, Daniel Data’s technicians perform repairs in an efficient and cost-effective manner. They are experienced in all aspects of PC workstations, notebooks (laptops), servers, printers, network installations and peripherals and are factory-trained by Okidata to perform repairs on their full line of printers.
When parts are needed, we are able to complete most repairs from our sizable parts stock without special ordering, helping to ensure timely and cost-effective repairs.
- Shop hours are Monday - Friday 8:30 a.m.-5:30 p.m. (emergency service available)
- Shop rates are $100 per hour (excludes server repairs)
- Minimum charge for estimates or repairs in shop: $40
- A+ Certification of our technicians ensures that they are well qualified
On-site Support Services
Our technicians perform on-site service calls at business offices, homes and home offices. They repair computers, printers and network equipment on-site to eliminate the hassle of having to disconnect and move equipment for repair.
Each of our technicians carries a standard stock of parts to minimize the need for extra travel and to facilitate rapid repair turnarounds. On-site labor rates are as follows:
- $120/hour for home and home office service
- $140/hour for business equipment service
- Minimum charge for on-site services: $90
Standardized travel charges apply to on-site service calls and are applied toward the on-site minimum.
Remote Support Services
Remote Support makes most on-site service calls a thing of the past for our business clients. We can securely access your computers and perform diagnostics and repairs as needed. Daniel Data's Workstation Support Agreement is a maintenance service that finally makes sense.
